Order
- Can I cancel or amend my order?
Due to the quick turnaround of same day dispatch, it is unlike that your order could be cancelled or amended, including change of delivery address. If the order was placed by mistake, please reject delivery or arrange a return.

Delivery
- Where is my delivery?
We deliver in the UK with Royal Mail and DPD. Please use the tracking confirmation provided and track your parcel on the courier website. In case any issues, please contact hello@cale.club
Returns
- Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns where it is unopened and unused. Any seal on product packaging needs to be intact.
- Can I exchange my items?
We are not able to offer exchange at the moment. Please return any items and make a new order.
- How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow up to 10 working days for our warehouse to process your return once it has been received.
