Formulated with Amber extract - fossilised tree resin used historically thanks to the rejuvenating and anti-aging properties. Common in traditional massage therapy, Amber is associated with improved circulation and easing muscle tension. Featurng a calming adaptogenic Ashwagandha infusion, used as far back as 6,000 BC in India as part of Ayurvedic traditions. Infused with rutilated quartz which aids in dispelling negativity, protection and determination.

Warm the oil between palms and gently massage into the body. You can work from the crown - massaging into your scalp, then the face ensuring to work in upward circular strokes, before massaging the ears and ear lobes. Massage the arms and legs in long strokes towards the heart. Massage the chest and stomach in large clockwise circles. Finally, take some time to massage your feet. Allow the oil to penetrate the skin for 5-15 minutes before taking a warm bath or shower. Take extra care when getting out of the bath and gently pat the skin with your towel to dry.

To moisturise skin: Warm the oil between palms and massage onto clean, dry skin. Apply before or after a bath or shower.

To bathe: Pour a small amount into a warm running bath. Take extra care when getting out of the bath and gently pat the skin with your towel to dry. Always rinse your bath immediately after bathing and take extra care with enamel baths.
